CJR, a thriving $30-miliion organization that offers a full continuum of care through a broad spectrum of residential, education, community, and home-based services at multiple sites across Connecticut, seeks a new CEO to provide creative leadership to propel the organization forward.
Founded in 1904 and COA-accredited since 1980, CJR has committed and passionate 300 employees who provide excellent care and support for over 2,500 individual and families. Well-managed financially with strong outcomes and well-governed, CRJ is poised to continue to support young people and their families to promote positive change and transform lives.
Charged with providing strong leadership, the next CEO will work with an excellent middle-management and senior management team, will partner with an engaged board, and will take advantage of CRJ’s strong financial position. Based in Litchfield, Connecticut, the CEO will need to set a strategic direction and to diversify revenue sources. We are looking for an accessible, open, and transparent individual with a broad social service background necessary to offer inspired leadership for CRJ and its clients.
